The seamless check-in process, even amid the busy holiday rush, was refreshing. Our Sapphire King Deluxe room was not only spacious but offered a stunning view of the waterfall-an inspiring backdrop for any work session. The hotel provides a variety of meeting rooms, making it easy to host events or collaborate with teammates. After long days of meetings, I appreciated the on-site fitness centre and the indoor swimming pool, quite essential for a marathon runner like me. Though the hotel didn't offer late-night room service during our visit, the staff, particularly Alisa, went the extra mile to ensure we weren't left hungry. Simple conveniences like free Wi-Fi and express check-out further enhance the experience for business travelers, making it a practical call when you need to mix work and leisure.
